This application is for Cosplayers seeking complimentary space as an Appearing Cosplay Guest in the Professional Cosplay Section of this event. ⭐SUPERSTARCON⭐ welcomes cosplayers of all backgrounds, genres, and experience levels to apply. There are no social media requirements or minimum number of years of cosplaying required. ⭐SUPERSTARCON⭐ is interested in cosplayers who consistently strive to elevate their craftsmanship skills and emulate characters in their cosplay photography and film. To be considered as an invited cosplay guest at a ⭐SUPERSTARCON⭐ event, cosplayers should:
Demonstrate proficiency in one or more aspects of costume construction, such as sewing, material work (leather, metals, electronics, etc), specialty material work (Worbla, EVA foam, etc), hair/wigs, makeup, or props.
Have constructed at least 75% of their costumes themselves.
Have at least 1 complete costume to be worn at the event and progress photos/documentation of WIP to show during the event or 2 different complete costumes to be worn at the event.
Be able to participate in multiple programming elements, which will be determined by ⭐SUPERSTARCON⭐, at the show.
Be the age of majority in the province or state the show takes place in, or have permission from a legal guardian to appear, if they are a minor. Invited cosplayers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

INVITED COSPLAY GUESTS WILL RECEIVE:
One Guest show badge (non-transferable)
One Guest Companion show badge (non-transferable)
A table in the Pro Guest section of the show floor
Appearance listing on the show website and select promotional materials
All tables will be located in the Professional Guest section of the show floor. The exact location is determined by show management and cannot be negotiated.
Approved guests must be willing to participate in at least one (1) 45-minute programming event at the show at the discretion of the Programming Coordinator
DISPLAY GUIDELINES:
Pro Cosplay tables do not come with power and no internet access outside of what the venue provides.
The area behind the tables is approximately 3 – 4 feet, and the display space is limited.
Height restrictions for behind-table displays and banners are limited to 8 feet.
Display structures that may block access or infringe on other tables are not permitted.
Table space is issued only to the cosplayer listed on the application. Tables are not transferable.
The sale of items not created by the applicant at the table is prohibited.
