Display Your FNAF Art!
All are welcome to participate in our FNAF Fan Art Exhibition! However, we have a few rules so that the exhibition runs smoothly!
- All participants must have a Pizzaplex pass or higher to have their work displayed.
- All participants must have an Art Exhibition Form submitted prior to displaying their work.
- All works must be physical originals that are within the parameters of the theme of the exhibit. (FNAF/Horror) and must be done in non-cosplay mediums such as watercolor, pencils, paints, etc. Digital works will not be accepted this year.
- What are considered cosplay mediums
- Wigs
- Masks
- Textiles (garments, costumes, etc.)
- Pieces made out of foam that are wearable or are used as a prop while in cosplay.
- Sculptures are accepted however they may not be wearable (ie. a mask) and should be on a base or be able to hold itself up without assistance of a person.
- Wall art pieces are allowed to have electronic components that are battery powered. Sculptures are allowed plug access on a first come first served basis.
- All works must be checked in to be displayed no later than 30 minutes into the event.
- SUPERSTARCON and its affiliates will do our best to protect displayed pieces, however, ultimately, we are not liable for pieces becoming damaged, lost, stolen, etc. and by displaying your piece you take full responsibility for the work.
- Works may be picked up at the following times (times may change day of the event.)
- 2PM
- 4PM
- 7PM
- 10PM
- Artwork will only be released back to the register of the work at the top portion of the form. State ID must be present when releasing the art.
- ART WORKS WILL NOT BE MAILED BACK TO OR HELD FOR YOU AFTER THE CONVENTION! If you do not pick up your piece by any of the designated pick-up, times it will be assumed that it is a donation to SUPERSTARCON.
- Silent Auction Donations:
- If you agree to donate your work to the silent auction there is a no return policy, even if it does not sell. Your answer is final and may not be changed.
- In an effort to pay it forward, all proceeds acquired by the Silent Auction from donations will be donated to a worthy cause/charity that supports one or more of the following:
- Charities that give relief to displaced people from war/natural disasters.
- LGBTQ+ organizations.
- Organizations that support legal rights, shelters, and opportunities for Women, POC, People with Disabilities, and LGBTQ+.
- Hospitals and organizations that support sick, injured, or disable children.
- Libraries and other community centered projects/organizations.
